<h3> Electrolytic Rust Removal </h3>
<p>
The wrench started out rusty all over.  I wire brushed
it, used the electrolytic process and then wire brushed it
again.  Looks like there may still be a bit of rust in the
hard to reach places, so I don't know if it just needs a bit
more wire brushing, or more time in the soup.  This is the
very first time I have tried this process. Some references 
say that the process is "line-of-sight" between the rusty
object and the anode.
